2nd INTER-MICRO Project Meeting in Liblice

The 2nd annual meeting of the INTER-MICRO project will take place on 10–12 September 2025 at Chateau Liblice. The retreat will bring together project members and collaborators to present their latest research, exchange ideas, and strengthen interdisciplinary links.

The scientific program features:

• Full talks highlighting progress across all four project work packages, from antibiotic resistance and microbial metabolites to microbiome–host interactions and fungal ecology.
• Lightning talks and poster sessions (A1 upright format), giving space to early-career researchers and fostering collaboration.
• Special sessions on project integration and reflection, as well as presentation of selected project publications.

Social activities including a poster reception, pétanque tournament (or guided tour of the castle in case of rain), and a theatre performance Mr. Tumor.

The meeting is hosted by the Institute of Microbiology of the Czech Academy of Sciences and supported by the Czech Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports under the “Talking microbes” grant.
